Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that any Cancellation:

Within 24 Hrs of Departure: Must be done directly with the airline. Subsequently, after canceling the itinerary, send an email at reservation@snettravels.com for processing of Refund.

More than 24Hrs Before Departure: Request must be sent to reservation@snettravels.com or Call us +91 9043337878

Every booking made by us is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class time to time.

Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.

Cancellation service fee:

Please note that all cancellation request will be actioned by applying S-NET TRAVELS & HOLIDAYS service fee as below:

Domestic Tickets – INR 100 per Sector and per Passenger. :

International Tickets – INR 200 per Sector and per passenger. :

S-NET TRAVELS & HOLIDAYS - Refund Policy

Refund would be credited back to customers bank account within 7 working days, provided all the details are forwarded and fulfill the requirement as laid down by airlines.

Incase of Flight cancellation / Flight Delay, you need to forward the ticket with full refund stamped copy from the airline to reservation@snettravels.com . In case of non receipt of the stamped ticket copy, refund would be processed as per normal airline cancellation policy.

In case of Partial Refund, refund would be processed for the sector or part of journey not travelled by the passenger. Partial refund would be effected as per the policy of the airlines. .

In case of No Show, refund is subject to Airline policy and fare rule. .

Refund would be made after deduction of applicable cancellation charges as per the Airline policy and S-NET TRAVELS & HOLIDAYS service charge as mentioned earlier. .

FOR DOMESTIC RESCHEDULING / CHANGES EMAIL TO: reservation@snettravels.com

Full Service Carriers: Must be done minimum 8 Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 8 Hours:

Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Low Cost Carriers (Except Air India Express):

Must be done minimum 6 Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 6 Hours:

Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Air India Express : (Domestic and International)

Must be done minimum 24Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 24 Hours:
Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Must be done minimum 24Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 24Hours :

Air Arabia Rescheduling:

Must be done minimum 30hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 30 Hours:

Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Low Cost Carriers( Except Air Arabia):

Must be done minimum 48Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 48Hours:

Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

RESCHEDULING SERVICE FEE:

Please note that all changes/rescheduling request will be actioned by applying S-NET TRAVELS & HOLIDAYS service fee as below:

Domestic Tickets – INR100 per Sector and per Passenger.

International Tickets – INR200 per Sector and per passenger.

In addition to the above service fee, Airline charges and the fare difference if any will be applicable as per airline policy.
